As for me …
I used to work the night shift at Amazon 6pm to 4:30am. And there were many times when 5pm came rolling around and I’d feel like I was totally dragging. So I’d take a spoonful of peanut butter, drizzle honey on top, and eat that right before leaving for work. This would give me the burst of energy I needed to get me moving.

I also kept a small jar of peanut butter and honey in my locker and would do the same around 11:30pm after eating lunch. This right here would help me make it to the end of my shift. It was balanced, mindful, and most of all – healthy. Plus it worked every time.
